WrightChat is a transformative solution for healthcare practices, specializing in managing missed new patient phone calls. The company provides remote access to practice management software, schedules new patient appointments, and even answers and schedules new patient phone calls on behalf of the practice. All of this is done seamlessly, allowing the practice to retain its own phone number, software, and phone system.
For this specific project, we employed UX and UI design principles. Furthermore, we implemented WordPress with the integration of multiple APIs, customized post types, maintained the highest standards of WordPress security, and carried out extensive customization. This resulted in the achievement of an efficient and refined WordPress design, prioritizing user experience while eliminating unnecessary elements. Additionally, we provided a comprehensive maintenance and support package for ongoing assistance.
